Jill Wilcox fondly remembers the moment when her interest in food began. At the tender age of four, she tried Chinese food for the first time. Amazed by the flavours, food became her passion.
Completely self-taught in the kitchen, at the age of 21, her complimentary talent for the written word led Jill to be a food writer for the London Free Press. Her nationally syndicated columns “Meatless Mondays” and “Fare with a Flare” have been read by food lovers all over Canada.
Cooking. Writing. Food styling. What could be next? A cookbook of course! And now she’s on her fifth.
